Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services

ScribbleAI provides digital, strategy-based, and execution-based services. Due to the custom and time-sensitive nature of these services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Fees

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Strategy fees
• Consultation fees
• Setup fees
• Management fees
• Research fees
• Service retainers
• Completed deliverables
• Third-party creator payouts or campaign prize pools already committed or distributed

are non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins

If payment has been made and no material work has commenced, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment. Approved refunds may be subject to administrative, banking, payment processing, and currency conversion deductions.

4. Partial Refunds After Work Has Started

If a project has started but not been completed, Scribble Network may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund based on:

• Work completed to date
• Time allocated
• Resources used
• External costs incurred
• Deliverables already shared
• Campaign commitments already made

5. No Guarantee of Results

ScribbleAI services involve marketing, creator distribution, search visibility, content performance, and brand discoverability. Outcomes may vary based on market conditions, audience behaviour, platform algorithms, and third-party systems.

Payments are for professional services rendered, not guaranteed impressions, rankings, virality, revenue, or specific business outcomes.

6. Subscription / Retainer Services

For recurring monthly engagements, cancellations must be requested in writing before the next billing cycle. Fees already invoiced or paid for the current cycle are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Scribble Network first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and legal recovery of costs where permitted.

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method where reasonably possible. Processing times depend on banks, payment processors, or blockchain settlement systems.

9. Crypto Payments

Where payments are made in cryptocurrency:

• Refunds, if approved, may be made in the same token or USD-equivalent value at Scribble Network's discretion.
• Network gas fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.
• Value fluctuations due to token price movement are not the responsibility of Scribble Network.
