Funding Information.

Seed funding round raising $2.5 million, led by Lemniscap, with participation from Colosseum, Daedalus Angels, EV3 Labs, Echo Fundraiser Chainyoda Jedis, and Levitate Labs. 1. What we’re building

DeCharge is more than an EV charging network. We are building part of a bigger shift called DePINFi: decentralized physical infrastructure + finance.

DePINFi means real-world infrastructure, owned and financed by communities, with clear rules and transparent rewards. Instead of waiting for big corporations to build the future, people can own a piece of it and benefit from it.

Our first step into DePINFi is Project Surya with ReFi Hub: fast-charging hubs on India’s busiest highway corridor, tokenized and available to co-own on Solana. This is real infrastructure tied to real usage and real revenue.

2. Why it matters

EV adoption in India is held back by charging deserts, especially on highways.
Traditional infrastructure rollouts are slow and centralized.
DeCharge makes it possible for anyone to host or invest in chargers, turning charging into community-powered infra.
