About the project

IVX is a hub for derivatives on Berachain, initially launching with two core products:

Diem – A zero-day-to-expiry options AMM, allowing users to trade BTC, ETH, and BERA with leverage of up to 500x and no liquidations. Diem is an AMM-based options DEX, where traders are on one side and LPs on the other.

IVX introduces IVLP, a first-of-its-kind liquidity product for options.
IVLP is a basket-like index containing BTC (20%), BERA (20%), ETH (10%), and HONEY (50%), providing users with a balance between stable assets and market exposure.
IVLP earns from protocol trading fees, which IVX then reinvests into validator incentives, returning premiums to users in the form of $BGT.

Currently, a six-week IVLP program has been completed, locking in $1 million in TVL to power the options market. This TVL will soon begin earning $BGT rewards from Berachain’s newly accepted reward vault. Expected yields range from 50% to 100% APR—arguably one of the best yields for an index heavily weighted in BTC, ETH, and stables.
Levo – An intent-based perpetual exchange that enables users to trade any asset with Binance/CEX-level liquidity through the power of intents, eliminating the need for on-chain liquidity.

One of IVX’s standout features is its integration with Berachain's Proof of Liquidity (POL), allowing IVX traders and liquidity providers to earn additional boosted rewards through $BGT.

IVX Token Launch – April 7th

The IVX token is launching on April 7th and plays a critical role in IVX’s flywheel and value capture:

Revenue Sharing:

70% of Levo fees
25% of Diem fees
A significant percentage of future IVX product fees
Fees are allocated to IVX holders through Smart Buybacks, triggered when the price is below the 30-day moving average.

2 main funding rounds total $2m 1st - Seed, 1.2m Raised, led by Animoca Ventures in 2024. Avid 3, Big brain holdings, Cogitent ventures + star angels across the ecosystem including founders from Kodiak, Puffpaw, The Honey Jar, Timeswap, Beraborrow and more. 2nd - Strategic round was an $0.8m raise, early 2025.
