Genesis is our invitation and a note of gratitude for early believers to join our network, publicly align with our mission (i.e. find unicorns together 🦄) and claim ownership in StationX through our COP offering.

Here’s what you’ll have to do:

Anyone with fundraising, deployment and management experience can be a Syndicate lead and permissionlessly create a private syndicate. Public and discoverable syndicates go live on the platform after a DD process of the leads’ application to StationX.
Each investment is executed through Smart SPVs that tokenize an equity or a token investment through a compliant legal vehicle subscribed to & co-owned by all investors and managed by StationX.
