What is Scribe?

Scribe is a GEO content agent inside the Scribble Dashboard. You pick a query you want to be visible for, and Scribe writes a set of 4 articles targeting it: 1 primary article and 3 supporting articles, built from context you provide about your brand. Each article comes with its metadata, ready to download, edit, and publish on your blog.

Scribe lives in Content Hub, and it is live now for all Scribble plans.

Why we built an agent for owned content

Scribble's whole thesis is that AI engines cite people talking about brands more than brands talking about themselves. That is why 53,000+ creators write for the brands on our network.

So why build a writing agent for owned content? Because owned content still earns citations when it is built for how AI search reads. Scribble has tracked 7,000+ citations across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude, and brand-owned articles appear in that set. They just have to work harder: answer the query directly, carry real facts, and cover the query from more than one angle.

That is exactly the kind of work an agent should do. Creators cover what the world says about you. Scribe covers what you say for yourself. Your AI visibility needs both.

What Scribe does

Starts from your visibility data, not a blank page. Scribe's query picker shows your tracked queries sorted by Least Visible and Most Visible. The queries where AI engines never mention you are the ones with the most to gain, and Scribe puts them first. You can also type in any custom query.

Writes a set, not a one-off. Every run produces 1 primary article and 3 supporting articles on the same query. One article is a shot. Four interlocking articles are coverage.

Reads your brand before writing. Paste URLs into Scribe's context and it uses them as its fact base. Your docs, your product pages, your existing posts. Articles built on your facts, not on what a model half-remembers about your category.

Ships publish-ready. Each article comes in Markdown with its meta title, meta description, and meta tags alongside. Copy or download a single piece, or download the whole batch at once.

How it works, step by step

  1. Give Scribe context. Paste URLs about your brand: product pages, docs, existing articles. One good source beats none; several beat one.

  2. Pick a query. Choose from your least visible queries, or type your own.

  3. Scribe runs. It works out the topic angle for the query and writes the full batch: 1 primary + 3 supporting.

  4. Review and publish. Open any article, copy or download it, edit it in your doc tool if you want, and publish it on your blog.

  5. Track the result. Your citation dashboard shows whether the query's visibility moves in AI answers.

The system behind the 1+3 structure

The 1 primary + 3 supporting shape is not arbitrary. It is the cornerstone-and-spoke architecture Scribble's content team has run manually for client brands: one primary article that answers the query head-on, and supporting articles that cover the angles a single piece cannot, each reinforcing the same topic.

AI engines answer one query many different ways depending on phrasing. A set of connected articles covers those variations. A single article does not. Scribe productises that system so any brand can run it without a content team.

What's coming next

Right now, Scribe writes and you decide. The next versions make it a conversation: editing articles directly inside the dashboard, and Scribe asking you questions and making suggestions before it writes, so the output sharpens with every answer you give it.

Radar finds the conversations your brand should be in. Scribe writes the content that wins your queries. Same dashboard, same goal: your brand in the answers your buyers read.

FAQ

What is Scribe? Scribe is a GEO content agent inside Scribble's Content Hub. It writes 4 articles per run, 1 primary and 3 supporting, targeting a query you choose, using URLs you provide as its fact base.

Is Scribe just another AI writing tool? No. Generic AI writers start from a prompt. Scribe starts from your visibility data: the queries AI engines already answer without mentioning you. Every article it writes targets a specific query you are losing.

Is Scribe separate from Scribble? No. Scribe is built into the Scribble dashboard, in the Content Hub section, alongside your citation tracking and query insights. Every Scribble plan includes it.

Does Scribe publish for me? No. Scribe writes; you review and publish. Download the Markdown or copy it into a doc, edit if you want, and put it on your blog. In-dashboard editing is on the roadmap.

How many articles does Scribe write per run? 4. One primary article that answers the query directly, and 3 supporting articles covering angles around it.

Do I need to write prompts? No. Pick a query and Scribe works out the topic and the angles. The only input it needs from you is context: URLs about your brand.

Doesn't AI prefer third-party content over brand content? Mostly, yes, and that is why Scribble's creator network exists. But brand-owned articles still earn citations when they answer queries directly and carry real facts. Scribe handles the owned side while creators handle the rest.

How do I start? Log in to your Scribble dashboard, open Content Hub, paste at least one URL into Scribe's context, and pick a query. New to Scribble? Book a demo.
