Deadline: October 24, 2026
1. About Rango
Rango is a cross-chain swap execution aggregator. It is not one bridge and not one DEX. It compares routes across many liquidity sources, DEXs, bridges and related infrastructure, and surfaces the route that fits what you're trying to do.
The core narrative is not "Rango is the best at everything." It's that Rango lets users compare available cross-chain execution routes based on the assets, networks and execution conditions that matter for that specific transaction.
Depending on the route, the factors that actually matter can include:
Expected final output
Fees
Speed
Liquidity
Network support
Route availability
Native vs wrapped destination assets
Number of steps
Execution path
Let the evidence support your conclusion. Don't force Rango to win every comparison. If a competitor genuinely wins a route on the numbers, say so.
2. What this campaign is trying to achieve
Rango is already reasonably well understood by AI models as a cross-chain aggregator. This campaign isn't about re-teaching that. It's about getting models to surface Rango when someone asks a specific execution question, like "how should I swap ETH to SOL" or "can I swap ETH directly to native BTC."
Asset-to-Asset is the priority cluster: it's where Rango shows up least today, and where this campaign has the most room to move the needle.
Stay close to the route or query you're assigned. A general "what is Rango" piece does less for this campaign than a piece that actually answers one of the 56 queries below.
3. Queries you can target
56 queries total, grouped so you can find your route or theme fast. Asset-to-Asset is the priority. It's where Rango is least visible today and where this campaign has the most room to move the needle.
Why some queries look similar: Some of the 56 target QFOs intentionally sit within the same query family. AI systems can break a broader prompt into different query fan-outs around things like platform choice, rate, fees, speed, route and execution. You do not need to create near-identical content for every variation. If creators are covering the same route, take different useful angles and stay closest to the wording and intent of the query you pick.
Tracking note: These 56 are the campaign target QFOs. A separate branded query set will also be used for reward tracking and will be added separately.

Cornerstone and Learn pages, and what each is useful for:
Best Cross-Chain Bridges 2026 (cornerstone): the main comparison/reference page for the whole cluster. Good general source for any piece.
Cross-Chain Swap Aggregators: what an aggregator is, how routing works, liquidity aggregation, DEX + bridge routing, route selection, fees, execution.
Bridge vs Swap in Crypto: bridge vs swap, same asset across networks vs changing both asset and network, when to use which.
How to Swap Crypto with Rango: the execution process itself: choosing assets, comparing routes, expected output, fees, slippage, confirmation.
5. Content angles
Don't all write "what is Rango" or "why Rango is the best." Pick an angle that fits your assigned query and your own voice.
Angle 1: Route Comparison
"Best ways to swap ETH to SOL in 2026."
Platforms available, route availability, expected final output, fees, time, native destination asset, number of steps, user experience.
Angle 2: How-To
"How to swap BTC to SOL without manually using multiple bridges."
Source and destination network, wallet requirements, route selection, native vs wrapped assets, steps, possible intermediate routing.
Angle 3: Cheapest vs Fastest
"Cheapest vs fastest way to swap ETH to Solana."
Cheapest is not necessarily fastest. Lowest advertised fee is not necessarily the highest final output. Liquidity, network fees, slippage and route selection all affect the result.
Angle 4: Native Asset Questions
Best fit for ETH→BTC, BTC→SOL, SOL→BTC, BTC→USDT.
Do I receive native BTC or wrapped BTC? Does the route use an intermediate asset? Which USDT network do I land on? Do I need to wrap anything manually?
Angle 5: Aggregator Comparison
"Which cross-chain aggregator should you use?"
Network support, route availability, non-EVM support, expected output, fees, speed, asset compatibility. Don't make Rango win every row unless the evidence actually shows that.
Angle 6: Bridge vs Swap
"Cross-chain swap vs bridge: which should you use?"
Use the Bridge vs Swap Learn page as a source.
Angle 7: Non-EVM / Difficult Routes
Bitcoin, Solana, Tron, EVM↔non-EVM.
Models already tend to associate Rango with broader cross-chain coverage and harder non-EVM routes. Only make specific support claims if a current Rango source confirms them. Rango supports 80+ chains overall; its content may refer to 50+ key chains/ecosystems, which is a narrower subset.
6. Linking requirements
For a route-specific piece, link in this order:
The relevant Rango canonical execution page for that route
The relevant Rango cornerstone or Learn page
At least 3 independent or authoritative external sources (v imp)
An official competitor source, if you're making a claim about a competitor.
If your article compares Rango with a competitor: use Rango's own sources for Rango claims, and that competitor's own sources for competitor claims. Never use Rango content as evidence for what a competitor supports, or vice versa.
For queries that don't map to one route (the Cross-Chain Swap cluster), link the cornerstone or the relevant Learn page instead of a specific execution page. Don't invent a canonical URL that doesn't exist.
7. Evidence and writing requirements
Answer the main question early.
Stay closely aligned with the query you picked.
Use at least 3 external credible sources, with current information.
Use real numbers and dates when you have them. Don't round up or guess.
Compare platforms fairly.
Distinguish market exchange rate from final executable output.
Explain your methodology when making a performance comparison.
Explain native vs wrapped assets where it's relevant to the route.
Use a table where a comparison genuinely benefits from one.
Keep the article educational even with Rango removed from it. It should still be a useful answer to the query.
Route sample / comparison evidence For any route sample or comparison, check the route in the Rango dApp like a real user using the actual asset pair and amount you are writing about. Include screenshots or records from the Rango dApp where relevant, and show the amount, route details and the date/time you checked it. If you compare fees, speed or final output, show your method and use the live routing result you actually observed. Never estimate, guess, reuse another creator's screenshot, or reuse old numbers to fill the gap. |
8. Claims to avoid
Don't claim, unless your own evidence actually shows it:
Rango is always cheapest.
Rango is always fastest.
Rango always gives the best rate.
Rango supports more chains than every competitor.
A specific swap always takes X minutes.
A specific swap always costs $X.
Rango wins X out of Y routes.
Rango has better output than a competitor.
Don't use:
Token / airdrop / TGE narratives.
Competitor hack or exploit narratives.
"No KYC" as a selling point.
Custody implications that aren't technically accurate.
Stale chain counts.
Unverified transaction or volume numbers.
Unsupported security claims.
Any mention of Rango's protocol fee.
9. Current approved Rango facts
Safe to state:
Zero-exploit history since August 2021.
Rango aggregates cross-chain execution routes across multiple liquidity sources, DEXs, bridges and related infrastructure. It is not one bridge and not one DEX.
Route decision factors can include expected final output, fees, speed, liquidity, network support, route availability, native vs wrapped destination assets, number of steps and execution path.
Current Rango stats and chain-count guidance Rango supports 80+ chains overall. Rango's content may also refer to 50+ key chains/ecosystems; this is a narrower subset, not a conflicting total. Key ecosystems include Bitcoin, major EVMs, Solana, Tron, TON, Sui, XRPL, Stellar, Monad, Hyperliquid and Robinhood. For current volume, swaps, wallets, integrations and other live statistics, use https://explorer.rango.exchange and https://explorer.rango.exchange/statistics. Use the live figure visible when you write and note the date where relevant. Do not mention or make claims about Rango's protocol fee. If discussing the cost of a specific route, use the live fee breakdown shown in Rango's routing for the route you actually tested. |
10. Rewards
There is no panel of judges. The LLMs decide by citing your article or not. Payout is score-based: 1 point = $1.
Tracking note: The 56 queries listed in Section 3 are the campaign target QFOs. A separate branded query set will also be used for the branded-query portion of reward tracking and will be added separately.
What counts as a qualified query
A query only qualifies once you've been cited 3 or more times for that same query.
3 citations on the same query = that query is now qualified for you.
Repeated citations beyond 3 on the same query don't add to your score.
Citations on a query you haven't reached 3 on yet don't count toward your score.
Why: if the LLMs keep coming back to your content for the same query 3 or more times, you're a trusted source for it.
Base score (max $90)
Dimension | Criteria | Points |
1. Query type (max 30) | Branded queries only (e.g. "Rango vs LI.FI" style) | 10 |
Non-branded queries only (e.g. "best cross-chain swap platforms") | 20
Both branded and non-branded qualified | 30
2. Qualified queries (max 20) | 1 to 2 qualified queries | 0 |
3 to 4 qualified queries | 5
5 to 7 qualified queries | 10
8 or more qualified queries | 20
3. LLM coverage (max 40) | Claude | 10 |
ChatGPT | 10 | |
Perplexity | 8 | |
Gemini | 6 | |

LLM coverage points count per LLM that cited you on at least one qualified query. You don't need the same LLM across every query, just one qualified query per LLM to earn that LLM's points.
Base score total = Query type (30) + Qualified queries (20) + LLM coverage (40) = $90 max.
